You can see and do just about anything during Mardi Gras... but if you get caught doing something illegal plan to stay in jail until Mardi Gras is over... they throw away the key.

These four famous New York landmarks won a best of Mardi Gras for the 1995 Bourbon Street Costume Contest. Several local groups do their own parades on Fat Tuesday and walk through the French Quarter... These two were part of one group.
